教育公平问题的思考

教育公平被认为是和谐社会理论在教育上的必然要求。和谐社会的基本特征之一就是公平公正、机会均等,反映在教育上就是要努力促进教育公平。教育公平是人的基本要求,是社会公平之本。最近几年,从中央政府到各地政府,都用相当的财力来解决教育公平的问题,取得可喜成效。但是,在目前,教育公平问题依然相当突出,主要表现为:城乡教育差距进一步拉大;校际、班际差距进一步拉大;公办学校与民工子弟学校之间,差距明显。本文通过分析目前我国在社会经济“转型期”存在的教育不公平现状,探讨了实现教育公平的策略和方法。
