《葡萄生态学》课程教学改革的探索与实践

葡萄生态学是研究葡萄与环境相互关系的学科。根据葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业的特点，以及现代葡萄酒产业对专业人才知识结构需求发生的变化，从优化与更新教学内容、改进教学方法、改革考核手段等方面进行了改革。经过5年的实践，显著提高了学生学习的热情，充分发挥了学生的主观能动性和独立思考的能力，进一步培养了学生的生态意识。

Exploration and Practice in Teaching Reform of Grape Ecology

The Grape Ecology is the discipline on the relationship between grape and environment. The teaching team of Grape Ecology in College of Enology, Northwest A＆F University has carried out some teaching reforms including optimizing course content, improving teaching method and assessment means. Based on the application for last 5 years, we found that the enthusiasm of the student enhanced obviously with increasing subjective initiative and independent thinking. Furthermore, this reform developed the ecological consciousness for student.
