| 摘 要： | 通过将烟草漂浮育苗技术和湿润育苗技术进行对比。结果表明,湿润育苗的成苗素质明显高于漂浮育苗,并且移栽后无缓苗期,烟苗鲜重和干重显著增加,根系发达、活力强,且烟苗CAT、POD、SOD、MDA的活性和PRO含量均高于漂浮育苗。所以,四川攀枝花烟区适合选用湿润育苗。

| Abstract: | Tobacco floating seedling and moist seedling were compared in this paper.The results showed that the seedling quality of the moist seedling was much higher than that of floating seedling.The moist seedling produced the better seedling with more fresh and dry weight of the seedling,well developed roots,good root activity,enhanced the activities of CAT,POD,SOD,MDA,the Protein content.So the moist seedling shortened the resuscitation period after transplanting.So the moist seedling was suitable for use in Panzhihua Sichuan Tobacco Area |
