| 摘 要： | 高校先进党组织建设是高校党建工作的重要任务。高校先进党组织的成长规律主要表现在：坚定的政治信仰与正确的价值取向是高校先进党组织成长的前提条件；有力的教育管理和良好的组织氛围是高校先进党组织成长的必备基础；团结的领导班子与奉献的支部书记是高校先进党组织成长的关键因素；不断积累的建设经验和发展优势是高校先进党组织成长的有力保障。
