| 摘 要： | 学风建设对于提高学校教育质量，促进学生成才具有重要意义。从学生职业生涯规划的角度来观照，通过合理构建在校学生的职业生涯规划教育体系，端正学生学习态度，明确学习目标，激发学习动力，从而形成良好学风并具有持续性。

| Abstract: | Study style is important to promote the students＇ growth and improve the quality of school education. Based on the viewpoint of career planning, it is proposed that good study style be formed and be continuous through constructing students career planning education system, correcting students learning attitude, making learning objectives clear and stimulating learning motivation. |
