晏几道是晏殊第七子，北宋杰出的词人，后世并称其父子为大小“二晏”。晏几道深受道学思想的熏陶，性格孤高自傲，不慕权贵，致使他不被当势者所容，穷困潦倒。晏几道情感细腻丰富，待歌女之心真诚友善，其词风接近温韦，把花间派的艳词小令推向了极致，其造诣超过其父。

Yan jidao is the seventh son of Yan Shu, distinguished poet in Northern Song Dynasty, who was titled Two Yan with his father by afterworld. Affected by Daoism thought, Jian Jidao is arrogant in personality, is not tolerate with the powers, which led to his poverty. His is delicate and rich in emotion, kind and sincere to opera girls. His Ci style is close to Wen Tingjun＇ s and Wei Zhuang＇ s. Romantic Ci of Flowery School reached peak with his writing and he is graeter than his father in Ci writing.
