富水地层大跨地铁车站洞桩逆作施工技术

摘    要:在富水软弱地层、城市交通要道下方采用洞桩全逆作法修建浅埋暗挖大跨地铁车站,通过降水、导洞开挖、桩柱体系形成,二次衬砌全逆作,有效控制沉降确保周边环境及施工过程安全,采用全包防水精细施工达到不渗不漏效果。本文以北京地铁劲松站为例,结合富水软弱地层特点,从方案优化到施工过程关键技术控制进行阐述,可为特殊环境下洞桩逆作法施工应用提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:total reverse construction was adopted to build shallow-buried large-span metro station for urban traffic in water rich soft ground. Precipitation, piot excavation, pile system forming and two lining full reverse construction were utilized to control the settlement effectively to ensure the surrounding environment and safety of the construction process. Full-packaging waterproof fine construction was adopted to achieve the effect of no seepage leakage. This paper takes Beijing subway of Jinsong Railway Station as an example, combined with the weak stratum with abundant water characteristics from the optimization to the construction process control of key technologies are introduced. For the special environment of the hole pile application of reverse construction, it provides the reference.
