| 摘 要： | 目的：分析医疗机构消毒工作中存在的问题及采取措施。方法：对大理州各级医疗机构连续6年消毒效果进行动态分析。结果：6年来消毒（灭菌）总合格率为80.90%,合格率逐年提高;地州级医疗机构合格率94.68%,个体医疗机构合格率68.56%,医院级别越低,合格率也越低。结论：不同级别医疗机构中消毒合格率差别很大,乡村级及个体医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量还处于较低水平,需加强卫生监督管理。
