普通念珠藻中水提、碱提多糖的分离、分析及活性研究

摘    要:首次前后分别用蒸馏水10.5mol NaOH溶液从普通念珠藻中提取,分离出水溶性多糖SP和JP,并对SP,JP的一些简单理化性质进行了分析,完全酸水解后经高效液相色谱仪检测表明,SP含葡萄糖,JP含葡萄糖和木糖;将SP,JP进行种子发芽活性试验,结果表明:PS在0.5-2mg/L范围内对实验物种子水稻,绿豆,大豆的发芽有明显的促进作用,发芽率分别比对照组增长9%,5%,8%,而JP在0.5-40mg/L范围内对的种子水稻,绿豆,大豆的发芽有明显的抑制作用,抑制率最高分别为9%,9%,7%,对SP,JP的作用机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:Two water-soluble polysaccarides SP and JP were extracted and isolated from Nostoc commune by distilled water and 0.5 mol sodium hydroxide soluting resp., some characterization of SP and JP were tested and analysed. After hydrolysis and high performance liquid chromatography, SP was found wich made of one kind monosacharide, and it was glocose; JP was found wich made of two kinds monosacharides, and it was Glocose and Xylose. To make sure the effect of SP and JP on the growth of other species, the seeds of Oriza sativa, Phaseolus aureus, Glycine max and Brassia chinensis were used into the germination trial. Under the low concentration 0.5 mg/L~2 mg/L,SP raised the average germination rates of seeds of Oriza sativa, Phaseolus aureus, and Glycine max with 9%,5%,8%than the control. Under the concentration 0.5~40 mg/L,JP lowered the average germination rates of seeds of Oriza sativa, Phaseolus aureus, and Brassia chinensis with 9%,9%,7%than the control. The machanism of polysaccarides as plant-growth-regulater was analysed.
