| 摘 要： | 平流层通信是利用长期运行于平流层高度的航空平台作为信息平台,提供大容量、远距离的信息服务。平流层通信系统具有费用低、部署快速、地面设备少、使用灵活、通信质量好等特点,其应用在军事中是一个新的突破。对平流层通信系统的特点及实现可行性进行了分析,提出了通信平台几个关键技术的解决方案,最后提出了平流层通信系统在军事中的应用。

| Abstract: | Stratospheric communication system utilizes a platform that locates stratospheric space as an information platform,and provides bulk capacity and long distance communication service.Stratospheric communication system possesses the features including inexpensive,fast deploying,flexible employing,good communication quality and so on.Using stratospheric communication system in military field is a breakthrough.This paper discusses the feasibility and performance of stratospheric communication platform,puts forward several schemes on platform key technique and several applications of stratospheric communication system in military field. |
