| 摘 要： | 针对我国城市路口交通目前所存在的问题，该文对现行的城市路口交通监控系统进行了深入研究和分析，现提出了一种新型的城市路口智能协管系统，该系统不仅对路口往来的车辆和行人进行了实时有：故的监管，还能为城市交通监管部门提供实时可靠的路口交通信息。与现有的交通监管系统相比，该系统具有智能性、高效性、创新性等优点，为城市交通的智能化建设提供了有力的保障。

| Abstract: | According to many problems of the city traffic in present china, this paper profoundly analyzes and researches the current city intersection traffic monitoring system,a new intelligent co--management system is developed for urban intersection traffic,on the intersections, this system not only effectively monitor the vehicles and pedestrians in real time, but also provided the intersections real--time information for the traffic administrative departments. Compared with the present traffic monitoring system,the system has the advantages of intelligence,high effJiciency and innovation, and it provides the important condition for building intelligent city traffic. |
