| 摘 要： | 高校青年舞蹈教师教学能力是保障舞蹈教育教学发展的关键因素,也是推动高校美育教育发展的重要条件。通过分析高校青年舞蹈教师的特点及高校教师教学能力的构成,提出从舞蹈学科教学能力的培养、一般教学能力的提高、舞蹈教学认知能力的提升三个方面优化高校青年舞蹈教师教学能力。

| Abstract: | The teaching ability of young dance teachers in colleges and universities is a key factor to ensure the development of dance education in colleges and universities,and it is also an important condition for promoting the development of aesthetic education in colleges and universities. This article analyzes the characteristics of young university dance teachers and the teaching ability of college teachers.It proposes to optimize the teaching ability of the young dance teachers in three aspects: strengthening the cultivation of subject teaching ability,advancing the improvement of general teaching ability,and promoting the improvement of the dance teacher 's teaching and learning ability. |
