| Abstract: | The paper addresses the essence of Lean and Six Sigma, also illustrates the advantage of their combination. Based on the application of Lean Six Sigma in China, it points out the key issues during the implementation. All these studies are benefit for managers in China to understand Lean Six Sigma correctly and execute it successfully in their own corporations. |
