机械电子工程专业人才培养模式的改革与创新

针对机械电子工程办学模式及特点,结合就业岗位群工作范围和技术领域及人才知识、能力和素质结构分析,在借鉴德国高职教育教学经验的基础上,以社会人才市场现实与未来发展对人才的有效需求为导向、以职业岗位(群)能力需求为依据,确定了机械电子工程毕业生综合技术应用能力结构和应有的知识、能力、素质结构,形成了四层两段一贯穿的课程结构体系,构建了相互平行、融合交叉的理论和实践教学体系,创建了核心技术一体化教学模式,对机械电子工程专业及人才培养模式进行了改革与创新。
