传统技术创新的困境及出路

技术创新是工业经济时代的产物，它以功利主义价值观为指导，以服务于市场竞争和利润极大化为目的，因而不可避免地造成了生态缺陷。时代的发展对传统技术创新提出了严峻的挑战。文章对传统技术创新观进行了理论反思和重新审视，分析了传统技术创新的生态缺失以及由此造成的社会生态和自然生态失衡，探讨了适应社会、自然及人类发展的技术创新模式。

On the Difficult Position and Outlet of Traditional Technological Innovation

Technical innovation is the product of the period of industrial economy. Guided by the utilitarian value view, it serves market competition and the maximum of profit, thus inevitably resulting in ecological drawbacks. The development of times is challenging the traditional technological innovation seriously. This paper makes theoretical self- examination on traditional concept of technical innovation, analyzes on the ecological deficiency of technical innovation and the misbalance of social ecology and natural ecology caused by the ecological deficiency of technical innovation, and probes into the technical innovation models fitting in with the development of the society, the nature and the human being.
