安徽省高校教师参与体育锻炼的现状调查与分析

采用问卷调查等方法，对安徽省九所高校1000名教师参与体育锻炼的现状进行调查研究，结果表明：安徽省高校教师的余暇时间较充裕，体育锻炼的意识较强；缺乏余暇时间和体育设施是影响他们参加体育锻炼的主要因素；锻炼场所主要是校内的免费场所，最乐意与同事和朋友一起锻炼，锻炼的项目主要是球类和长走、跑步。

An Investgation and Analysis of College Teachers' Participata in Physical Exercise in Anhui Province

Through questionnaire and other methods ,a survey on 1000 teachers participates in physical exercise has been carried out at nine university in Anhui Province, The survey shows : The Anhui Province university teacher's leisure time is abundant, physical exercise 's consciousness is strong; Lack of leisure time and sports facilities is the primary factor which has affects them to exercise; exercise site mainly is free in college, they are willing to do exercise with friends or colleagues, exercise items mainly are ball games, long walks and jogs.
