| Abstract: | The implementation of the strategies in developing the West will bring out the great turning point for the western enterprise organization and the creative environmental development. As the West enterprise organization is forever under the complex and changing situations, the deep research into the improvement of the external environment, the adjustment of the organization structure and the proposals of tactice will provide the scientific basis of the government in regulating the general policy. It is of great significance for promoting the West economic development. |
