| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆与学院互助型继续教育模式是对图书馆馆员进行继续教育经济、可行的模式，而编制继续教育计划，与各学院签订互助培训协议，制定合理的培训考核制度并建立良好的激励机制以及校领导的支持是实现互助型继续教育模式的关键。

| Abstract: | The mutual-aid model of continuous education between university Lib rary and college is an economic and feasible model of the continuous education f or the librarians, and compiling the plan of the continuous education, signing t he mutual-aid training agreement with each collage, working out rational traini ng assessment system, and establishing good excitation mechanism, and obtaining the support from the leaders of the university are the keys for realizing the mu tual-aid model of the continuous education between university library and colle ge. |
