基于有限元法人体腿部生物力学仿真研究

摘    要:为了建立可用于手术预演和规划的可靠的虚拟生物组织力学模型进行人体腿部生物力学仿真研究,根据关键组织的三维重建结果,采用有限元方法自下到上的建立骨骼、皮肤和部分软组织的生物力学模型.针对CT图像无法精确重建肌肉的几何模型的问题,在充分考虑肌腱的生物力学特性,又体现肌纤维的微观解剖结构的基础上,提出一种新型的肌肉建模方法.最后,通过患者手术获得的力位数据与有限元仿真数据的对比分析,证明建立的人体生物力学模型的可信性.

Abstract:The purpose of biomechanics simulation on human leg is to set up reliable biomechanics model used to surgery training and surgical rehearse. Upon the reconstructed key tissue models,the finite element model of bone,skin and part of soft tissues was built through a down to up way. While the quality of CT images is too poor to reconstruct the geometry model of muscle,a novel muscle model was proposed,both the biomechanical chrematistics of tendon and micro structure of muscle fibers were considered. At last,a cadaver experiment was conducted to validate this model by contrast between patient and simulation result.
