摘    要:稠油油藏具有储量丰富,物性差,粘度高的特点,经过多年的蒸汽吞吐技术开发,出现储层综合含水率提高,油气比降低和汽窜等现象,导致开发效果较差,储层动用程度降低。因此研究不同影响因素对开发效果的影响,合理优化注采参数对超稠油油藏有效开发具有指导意义。本文通过对春10区块油藏地质条件的研究,运用正交试验法,研究影响开发效果的因素显著性为:注汽强度、水平段长度、油层厚度、产液速度、粘度、渗透率;运用数值模拟方法,对春10区块内的水平井注采参数进行优化、优选,确定出水平段长度50米的注汽强度最佳范围21~25t/m?d;最佳采注比0.8~1.2;水平段长度150米的注汽强度最佳范围11~15t/m?d,最佳采注比0.9~1.2等注采参数指标,对现场生产具有指导意义。

Abstract:Heavy oil reservoirs are characterized by rich reserves, poor physical properties and high viscosity. After years of development of steam huff and puff technology, the comprehensive water content of reservoir increases, oil/gas ratio decreases and steam channelings occur, which leads to poor development effect and reduced reservoir production degree. Therefore, the study of the influence of different factors on development results and reasonable optimization of injection-production parameters provide guidance for effective development of ultra-heavy oil reservoirs. In this paper, by studying the geological conditions of chun10 block reservoir and using the orthogonal test method, the significance of the factors affecting the development effect is studied as follows: steam injection intensity, horizontal section length, oil layer thickness, liquid production speed, viscosity, permeability; The injection and production parameters of the horizontal well in Chun10 block were optimized and optimized by numerical simulation method, and the optimal steam injection intensity range of 21 ~ 25t/m?d with a horizontal section length of 50 m was determined. The optimal recovery and injection ratio is 0.8 ~ 1.2. The optimal steam injection intensity range of 150 m in horizontal section is 11-15 t/m?d, and the optimal production/injection ratio is 0.9 ~ 1.2, which has guiding significance for field production.
