| Abstract: | Taking the sustainable utilization of the water resources as the target,and in the light of the problems existing in the utilization of the water resources in the small and medium-sized irrigation areas,this paper puts forward some countermeasures such as enlarging the engineering construction,promoting the water-saving techniques,developing the water-saving agriculture,and appraising and deciding the water price,etc.,and makes the favorable exploration into the effective utilization of the water resources in the small and medium-sized irrigation areas. |
