| 摘 要： | 侦查专业产学研合作应为公安高等院校与科研单位、实战部门结合,将教学、科研成果转化为公安机关的执法能力,其产生的效益就体现在执法能力和执法水平的提高。基于这样的观点,通过分析当前侦查专业产学研合作教育存在的不足,提出结合公安工作的实际,贴近实战需要培养优秀侦查员的几点意见。
