极压抗磨添加剂在Ni-P镀层表面的作用机理

摘    要:利用球-盘摩擦磨损试验机全面地研究了润滑油极压抗磨添加剂硫化烯烃及磷酸三甲酚酯在Ni-P电刷镀层表面的作用效果,并利用X射线光电子能谱仪和俄歇电子能谱仪分析了各摩擦表面润滑膜的成分及结构,进而讨论了硫化烯烃及磷酸三甲酚酯在Ni-P镀层摩擦表面的作用机理。研究结果表明,润滑油中加入硫化烯烃时对Ni-P镀层有良好的润滑效果,但加入磷酸三甲酚酯时的润滑效果较差。

Abstract:The tribological behavior of sulfurized olefin(SO) and tricresyl phosphate(TCP) on Ni-P brush plating layer was studied systematically on a ball-on-disc testing machine, and that of SO and TCP on 1045 steel was also studied for comparing.The composition of lubricating films on disc wear surfaces was analysed using X ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Auger electron spectroscopy methods. The lubricating mechanism of SO and TCP on Ni-P brush plating layer was discussed.It was found that the lubricating oil containing SO exhibited very good lubricating behavior on Ni-P brush plating layer. But the addition of TCP in lubricating oil showed adverse effects.
