| Abstract: | Based on the connotation of the information security accomplishment and the requirements of the working duty, the construction of the cultivating system of the information security accomplish- ment is presented with focus on the following aspects, goal, content, approach, evaluation and supporting environment. The proposed cultivating system can innovate both the content and the format of the traditional secrecy-maintained education and provide valuable references to enhance the information security accomplishment of cadets. |
