| 摘 要： | 事业兴衰，关键在人。学校干部队伍建设，直接关系着学校的稳定和发展。在高等院校竞争发展的态势中，高校领导干部只有坚持科学发展，学校事业才有持续力；只有坚持以人为本，学校事业才有凝聚力；只有坚持讲究实效，学校事业才有说服力；只有善于创新，学校事业才有生命力；只有弘扬正气，学校事业才有内驱力。
