| 摘 要： | 以矮牵牛为实验材料进行组织培养,采用带芽茎段和叶片作为外植体,利用单因子实验比较不同质量分数的6-BA对矮牵牛带芽茎段及叶片的初代培养的影响.实验结果表明,最适培养基均为MS+2.5 mg/L 6BA+0.2 mg/L NAA.

| Abstract: | Petunia was employed as experimental material to carry on the studies on plant tissue culture,useing stem with buds and leaf as explants,making single-factor test to compare the influence of different concentrations of 6-BA on Petunia stems with buds and leaves in the early culture.Test results show that the optimum medium are MS +2.5 mg/L 6BA+0.2 mg/L NAA. |
