| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查与访谈,建立了观察与分析学生利用信息技术进行有效沟通的线索图表框架,从态度、目的、技能、策略、效果等五个方面来观察与分析学生利用信息技术进行沟通的行为,为正确引导学生健康运用信息技术进行有效沟通作了一个尝试.
