离心力作用下的电液伺服阀

摘    要:以电液伺服系统理论和流体动力学为基础,对离心环境中电液伺服系统的关键环节-电液伺服阀进行了分析,推导出离心环境中单喷嘴和双喷嘴挡板阀的受力公式,理论分析与实验数据对比得出如下结论,对单喷嘴挡板阀而言,离心力既影响液动力大小,又影响其负刚度;而对双喷嘴挡板阀而言,离心力影响双喷嘴挡板所受的液动力大小和转动力矩大小,从而影响以嘴挡板伺服阀的零漂,但离心力不影响液动力的负刚度,离心力对伺服阀二级阀芯(滑

Abstract:The influence of centrifugal force on electro hydraulic servo systems is analyzed using fluid dynamics equations. Included in particular are the forces for single and double nozzle flapper valves. Centrifugal force affects not only size but also negative rigidity of flow forces to flapper in the former case while centrifugal force affects size of flow forces and torque to flapper in the latter case. Current associated with null shift tends to vary linearly with centrifugal acceleration.
