| 摘 要： | 大量性既有建筑绿色改造是实现节能减排和绿色发展的重要环节.分析了造成我国大量性既有建筑"提前转岗"和"过早死亡"的原因及改造而非新建的动因,总结了大量性既有建筑绿色改造的基本策略,强调从源头做起,提高新增建筑的"绿色质量";从管理体制和规范体系建设、公众参与等角度探讨如何开辟适合国情的既有建筑改造的绿色道路.

| Abstract: | The green conversion of numerous existing buildings is main part of energy conservation and emission reduction and green development. The reason is analyzed that existing buildings in China ＇dies prematurely＇ and ＇are converted prematurely＇ but are not reconstructed. The basic strategies for the green conversion of existing buildings are summarized to emphasize and improve the ＇green quality＇ of new buildings from scratch. The methods for the green conversion of existing buildings are researched from the viewpoint of management, quality system regulation, and public participation. |
