摘    要:该文根据包络理论 ,建立了谐波齿轮传动共轭齿廓分析的通用数学模型。在已知柔轮齿廓的条件下 ,求得刚轮共轭齿廓的离散点 ,应用最小二乘法拟合刚轮的工作齿廓 ,并设计了啮合区段干涉检验法用于校验齿廓的重叠干涉 ,最后对所求的刚轮、柔轮工作齿廓进行计算机数值模拟与运动学仿真 ,以验证所求工作齿廓的合理性 ,为探索小速比谐波齿轮传动的新型工作齿廓提供了理论依据

Abstract:According to the envelope theory, the paper establishes the universal mathematical model of conjugate profiles analysis for harmonic drive. The discrete points on conjugate profiles of circularspline can be gained by known of flexspline profiles. Then its working profiles can be got by curve fitting method of least squares, and overlap interference of profiles is checked with the method of mesh section interference. Finally, kinematics simulation varifies the working profiles. The paper provides the theoretic foundations for the new working profiles of small ratio harmonic drive.
