V2O5/TiO2片状催化剂上NH3选择性还原NOx反应传质情况研究

摘    要:在固定床反应器中对片状V2O5/TiO2催化剂上NH3选择性催化还原NOx 的反应体系进行了传质对反应影响的研究。V2O5/TiO2催化剂上NH3选择性催化还原NOx 的反应为1级反应,内扩散对反应速率和NOx 转化率的影响显著。NOx 转化率可以表示为空速和其它参数的显函数并获得单一的解析解。实验与模型结果相一致,模型能够较好的反映转化率的变化趋势,为SCR反应器的优化设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:V 2O 5/TiO 2 catalysts, which were applied to the selective catalytic reduction of NO x with NH 3 in a fixed bed reactor, were prepared by impregnating. Reaction of NH 3 reduced to NO x is first order for the pallet catalyst, and the internal diffusion significantly influences the reaction rate and NO x conversion. The overall NO x conversion can be expressed as an explicit function of the space velocity and other parameters, and a simple analytic solution was given. A good agreement between the experiment and model results was obtained. It is shown that the model equation can successfully reflect the conversion trend, and provides a theoretical basis for designing a catalytic reactor.
