| 摘 要： | 阐述了VoIP技术及其在Internet环境下使用通用PC终端,实现一个实用的实时电话会议系统的原理与方法.重点讨论了所采用的数据压缩算法、IP网络多播以及电话会议的控制等关键技术及其实现.实验表明该技术实现方式简单,功能可靠.
