| 摘 要： | 本文从阿累尼乌斯公式出发,推导了在变温情况下计算达到正硫化点所需时间的递推公式,并在此基础上设计了硫化车间微机群控系统的硫化效应值计算程序及其它辅助程序.本方案实现了对传统工艺的根本改革,提高了生产效率和产品质量,取得了显著的经济效益.

| Abstract: | In order to calculate the time required to reach formal vulcanization point, a recurrence formula in case of changing temperature has been derived. Programming for the calculation of effective valcanization value and other auxiliary programs for the group control system are given. Test results and experiences gained in operation show that the system is good for energy-saving and improving the productivity and quality of products. |
