疲劳损伤过程的计算机仿真

摘    要:从系统仿真的思想出发,用材料的不同状态表示材料在疲劳损伤过程中的性能变化·以外部载荷作为系统的驱动事件,将疲劳过程转化为材料一系列状态的变迁·用神经网络描述载荷与损伤间复杂的非线性关系·通过调质45钢的单轴试验数据与正火45钢的多轴拉扭试验数据建立仿真模型·该模型寿命预测精度较高,能够反映疲劳加载顺序效应和多轴非比例载荷附加强化特性

Computer Simulation Study of Fatigue Life

Abstract:A computer simulation model was proposed from the viewpoint of system simulation. The model can simulate the vary of the material properties in the fatigue damage progress. Loading is regarded as the impulse of the system. A series of material states expresses the different damage level. The artificial neural network was applied to describe the nonlinear relationship between fatigue loading and material damage. The experiments under the strain controlled uniaxial and multiaxial loading were conducted to verify the proposed simulation model. The model can reflect the affect of loading sequence and the additional strength characteristic of non proportional loading.
