| 摘 要： | 涉法涉诉信访是信访制度的重要组成部分。解决好涉法涉诉信访问题,对维护人民群众的合法权益、推进法治化进程、理顺社会关系、确保社会和谐稳定,具有重大意义。目前涉法涉诉信访案件呈现出四个方面的特点。分析问题产生的原因,找出具体工作中的薄弱环节,总结经验教训,探索解决涉法涉诉信访问题的新思路、新对策,对解决涉法涉诉信访问题至关重要。
