| Abstract: | Dispersing processing of SiC whisker is studied by using several dispersion media (distilled water, ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol,n butyl alcohol) and dispersers (polyethylence glycol,urea,BRIJ35).SiC whisker is coated with Al 2O 3 after precipitation of Al(OH) 3 sol from hydrolysate of Al 2(SO 4) 3 solution, so as to effectively increase the relative density of SiCw ZTA sintered composite. |
