| 摘 要： | 基层医疗机构在新农合中发挥着重要作用,但目前存在着诸多问题,这影响着新农合的实施。今后应在资金投入、人才、硬件、制度等方面加强基层医疗机构建设,提高它们为农民服务的能力和水平。
