| 摘 要： | 党的十八大报告提出了在思想政治工作中要注重人文关怀和心理疏导，这为我们进一步做好高校学生思想政治工作提出了新的要求和指导思想。在这一思想指导下，高校思想政治教育工作者要从人文关怀的角度出发，采取坚持以人为本、营造良好的人文关怀氛围、加强对学生的心理疏导等新举措，构建和谐校园，以真正促进思想政治工作的顺利进行。
