紫茎泽兰和飞机草茎、叶若干成分含量的测定及红外光谱比较

摘    要:采用非木质造纸原料成分分析法测定了2种恶性入侵杂草紫茎泽兰和飞机草茎干和叶片中若干组分的含量,并比较了2者茎干和叶片红外吸收光谱和热水抽提液的紫外吸收光谱.结果表明,2种植物茎干中的纤维素、综纤维素和木素等含量高于叶片中的含量,而冷热水等抽出物的含量则低于叶片.因紫茎泽兰和飞机草茎、叶含有在205 nm处有较大吸收峰的抽出物,不宜采用造纸原料测定酸溶木素的方法来测定紫茎泽兰和飞机草酸溶木素的含量.飞机草茎干中克拉森木素以及综纤维素含量高于紫茎泽兰,而茎干中硝酸乙醇纤维素含量相近.2者茎干中纤维素含量与玉米秆相当,表明具有开发利用作为造纸和生物质原料的潜力.对二者茎、叶红外光谱分析表明2者化学结构基团组成具有高度相似性.

Abstract:In order to control and utilize the two invasive weeds,Eupatorium adenophorum and Chromolaena odorata,the contents of some components in their stems and leaves were determined by the Component Analysis Method of Non-wood raw material for paper making.The FTIR spectrum were also compared.The results suggested that the contents of cellulose,holocellulose and Klason lignin in stems of both weeds were higher than in their leaves,while the extractives were in the opposite.The contents of holocellulose and Klason lignin in stems of C.odorata were higher than in the stems of E.adenophorum,and the cellulose contents were similar.Some water extractives had strong absorption intensity at 205 nm,so the traditional method for determination of acid-soluble lignin was not suitable for these two materials.The FTIR spectrums indicated the high similarity in chemical groups of the two weeds.
