民机机电系统故障诊断仿真平台设计

摘    要:民机机载机电系统结构复杂,故障诊断难度大.为更有效地对其开展故障诊断研究,进行了本故障诊断仿真平台设计.针对环控、起落架、液压系统的不同特征,分别采用不同方法进行故障诊断.其中环控系统热交换器部分采用参数估计的方法,环控系统控制组件和起落架系统采用状态观测器的方法,液压系统采用神经网络的方法.所设计的故障诊断仿真平台运用C++Builder和Matlab开发工具,通过Matlab引擎函数传递数据,结合C++Builder界面设计和Matlab数值计算的优势,缩短了开发周期,并且使开发的仿真平台界面友好,简单实用.

Abstract:The airborne electro-mechanical system of civil aircraft has complex structures and is difficult to do fault diagnosis.A fault diagnosis simulation platform is designed in this paper to carry out fault diagnosis more effectively.
