| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法和调查法,对河南省高校女教师参与体育运动现状进行了调查分析.结果发现:女教师健康状况欠佳,有正确的体育价值观和体育态度,增进健康、调节情绪、塑造形体、康复保健是她们参与体育运动的主要动机;她们的运动时间、强度不够,跑步是她们经常参与的运动项目,并且多在学校运动场地与同事、家人一起参与运动.没有闲暇时间,工作、子女教育任务繁重,缺少运动兴趣和运动技能,家务活多,缺乏意志力和运动同伴,是影响高校女教师参与体育运动的主要因素.
