中国共产党推进军队舆论监督的实践经验和现实启示

我们党创建并独立领导人民军队以来,逐步开创了独具特色的军队舆论监督,积累了非常丰富和宝贵的历史经验,主要包括:军队舆论监督必须与党的绝对领导相适应,必须与人民根本利益相符合,必须与军队使命任务相促进,必须与军队安全发展相协调,必须与军内其他监督相配合,必须与时代发展变化相同步。在新的历史起点上,要倍加珍惜和认真汲取这些宝贵经验,积极探索适应军队特点的舆论监督有效方式,建立健全军队舆论监督的法规制度,创新和完善党对军队舆论监督的领导。

The Chinese Communist Party's experiences of supervision on Chinese armed forces by public opinion and their revelations for reality

After having founded and guided peoplers armed forces, the Chinese Communist Party initiated characteristic supervision on Chinese armed forces by public opinion and accumulated rich and valuable experiences. These experiences are that the supervision must adapt itself to the Party＇s absolute leadership, must suit itself to peoplers fundamental interests, must advance PLAts missions and tasks, must coordinate with the PLA＇s safety and development, must cooperate with other supervisions in troops, and must synchronize with the era. At the new start point of the era, these precious experiences must be cherished and learned so as to make a positive exploration on the effective means of supervision by public opinion which is rich in PLA＇s characteristics, to establish and perfect the in- terrelated laws and regulations, and to innovate and improve the Party＇s leadership.
