山西省中职院校田径教学的现状分析

田径一直是学校体育教学的主要内容,通过对山西省中职院校田径教学的调查研究发现:目前中职田径课教学培养目标不明确,教学内容、教学方法及手段较单一,学生及老师对田径课程的认识水平也需要进一步提高。学生对田径课的学习兴趣和学习动力需要充分挖掘,并认识到田径在学校体育中的健身价值。
