道路工程中XPS保温板防冻胀厚度的研究

摘    要:研究冻土区保温板铺设厚度对道路抗冻胀设计和工程实践具有重要参考意义。本文在对实验资料进行分析的基础上,对XPS保温板的抗冻胀性能进行分析,采用量纲分析的方法分析得出了路基防冻胀设计中XPS保温板合理厚度的经验公式,并通过工程实例进行了验证,验证计算的结果与工程实际结果有良好的吻合度,对冻土区XPS保温板厚度参数的选取具有重要参考意义。

Abstract:Research on permafrost thermal insulation board has an important significance in laying thickness effect on the Subgrade Frost heave effect.It introduces the physical and mechanical properties and freeze-thaw cycle characteristics of XPS board.Dimensional analysis is used to obtain the empirical formula of insulation board′ s reasonable thickness and it was verified by examples.The calculation results and engineering practice come to a good agreement.Finally, the construction technology of XPS board is introduced in detail.It has an important significance in selecting the permafrost region XPS insulation board thickness parameter.
