| 摘 要： | 本文通过对近年有关学分制本质的几种不同观点的理论辩析，提出了学分制本质是一种以选课制为基础，以学分衡量学生学习分量和学业进程的统一单位的教学管理制度的新观点，并根据这一观点阐述了学分制三大特点。

| Abstract: | Through the theoretical analysis of different ideas on the nature of the credit system, this paper presents a new idea that the credit system is a kind of teaching management based on course selection, and the amount and progress of studying are measured by a unit called credit. Starting from this idea, the paper sets forth three characteristics of the credit system. |
