| 摘 要： | 我国目前的农村土地征收法律制度中，存在着征用与征收不分、征收目的不明确、补偿范围狭窄和补偿标准偏低、土地征收程序缺失等一系列弊端，因此，有必要完善我国现行的农村土地征收法律制度。以更好地维护广大农民的合法权益。

| Abstract: | There is a series of defect in the requisition of rural land in our country currently. These include the undistinguished requisition and taking over for use, the unclear requisition purpose, the narrow compensation scope, the low compensation standard and the lack of procedure of requisition. Accordingly, we must perfect the legal system of the requisition of rural land so that we can protect the legal rights and interests of the farmers. |
