| 摘 要： | 为了了解贵州省高校大学生职业成熟度的结构,综合国内外的相关研究,用层面理论的方法构建了贵州省高校大学生职业成熟度的结构,编制了大学生职业成熟度问卷,通过贵州省内6所高校1526名学生对问卷的回答印证了假设结构的合理性。

| Abstract: | In order to know the structure of college students'career maturity in Guizhou province,this paper integrates relative researches at home and abroad.By facet theory,this article devises a structure of college students' career maturity in Guizhou province and compiles a questionnaire of college students' career maturity.The answers of 1526 students from six colleges in Guizhou province confirm the rationality of the questionnaire. |
