研究型教学模式与教师的角色定位

摘    要:该文从研究型教学的特点入手,指出这一教学模式有利于培养学生的研究和创新能力,提高其综合素质,在此基础上,概述了研究型教学模式下"人的发展为本"的教学理念,得出在实施这一教学模式时教师必须转变其传统角色的结论。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of research-based teaching,this article points out that this teaching model is good to cultivate students' capability of doing research and being creative in order to improve their quality.Further,this article tells of people-development teaching concept under the guidance of research-based teaching model and comes to the conclusion that teachers must stop being traditional roles to have this new teaching model put into practice.
