| 摘 要： | 司法专业化并不排斥司法民主化,民众在司法专业化过程中的司法权定位、司法参与、司法监督既反映了民众在司法专业化中的影响和作用,也揭示出司法民主化存在的合理性和积极性。我国司法改革既要坚持法官专业化,又要推进司法的民主化建设,这样才能使司法改革更好更快地完成。
