外商直接投资对福建省工业节能减排影响的实证研究

运用Johansen协整分析、Granger因果关系检验对1990-2010年外商直接投资与福建省工业节能减排的关系进行了实证分析。结果表明:从长期来看,福建省外商对工业的直接投资与工业污染物排放以及与工业能源消费量之间均存在较为明显的正向关系,且外商对工业的直接投资的变化是导致工业污染物排放和工业能源消费变化的原因。最后在实证分析的基础上提出了相应的政策建议。

An Empirical Study on the Impact of Foreign Direct Investment on Energy Saving and Emission Reduction in Industry of Fujian Province

By using Johansen co-integration analysis and Granger causality test,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the relations between foreign direct investment(FDI) and energy saving and emission reduction in industry of Fujian Province in 1990-2010.The results show that,in the long term,there is an obvious positive relation between FDI in industry and industrial emissions,as well as and industrial energy consumption,and the change of FDI is the reason of the change of the emission of industrial pollutants and industrial energy consumption.Finally,based on the empirical analysis,it presents some corresponding proposals.
